Invited Dress Rehearsal: For our final dress rehearsal, we will be having an “invited dress rehearsal.” This means that you are able to invite friends and family for a free preview of the show.  The date will be September 16th.  No tickets are needed and seating will be first come, first serve.  Doors will open at 6:30.  As you are inviting people to this preview, please let them know that it is still a dress rehearsal and there is a small chance that we may need to stop the show to fix things.  

Bios: 

Every cast member will need to write a bio.  We have two options for you, but you only need to fill out one form.  The deadline to have your bio completed is Friday, July 31st.

The deadline to order is Monday, August 10th when the online shop closes.  Shirts are $16 and there is an $8 charge if you want custom wording on the back of the shirt.  During checkout, choose the free “Pick up my order” option and your shirt will be brought to you at rehearsal when the large group order is ready.

Photo days:
We have two photo days planned into the schedule.  Picture days will be Tuesday, July 28th and Wednesday, July 29th.  We will focus on getting most of the ensemble people done on Tuesday (since they are not called on Wednesday) and we’ll finish everyone else on Wednesday.  
Please wear a solid-colored shirt if possible.  Please have your hair done.  No hats.  If you are a woman and would like to wear makeup for your photo, please have your makeup done too.  

 

Videos at rehearsal:
Because of our contract with the licensing company, we can get into major trouble if videos get posted online.  Our contract is very specific about the amount of video content we can create and if we break our contract, we could lose our ability to secure any future licenses.  Our ask: Please do not take videos at rehearsal or if you do take videos, please do not post them online.  If the videos stay on your phone for your own benefit, that is fine.  You will see us take a video of each choreography dance and post them “unlisted” (i.e. hidden/not public) so the cast can learn the dances.  These are not to be shared publicly and are for learning purposes only. We have public facing content going out on our Facebook and Instagram pages and will soon be sharing cast photos/bios there too.  Feel free to share anything from our business pages.  Please help us by not posting any videos you take personally online so we don’t lose the ability to do future shows.  Thanks for your understanding.
