Schedule
If you have scheduling conflicts or if you’re running late to rehearsal, please communicate with our stage manager, Tom Wilkinson. You can text Tom at 917-929-9537 or contact him through the Band app here.
A few notes about the schedule:
1) We have several locations for rehearsals. Please check the schedule carefully for which location we will be at!
2) Some days on the rehearsal schedule will have various things you could be called for (music, dance/choreo, costuming, etc.) and you may be needed for more than one thing. Be sure to scroll all the way down within the description to see what areas you are needed for each day.
3) The roles that are called each day are listed in the TITLE of the rehearsal. Be sure to read the entire title to see if your role or group is called.
4) We will have set building/painting days in the schedule too on Saturdays. Please come help as often as you can.
